Senior Technical Advisor, International
Laila Akhlaghi joined JSI in 2010 and specializes in synthesizing information and clearly communicating complex subjects to facilitate decision-making. She has provided pharmaceutical system strengthening and forecasting and supply planning technical assistance in over 20 African and Asian countries. Laila has a doctor of pharmacy and an MA in public administration from the University of Kentucky and a microMA in supply chain management from MIT. She is APICS-certified and licensed to practice in Virginia.
