Needs Assessment/Market Analysis
Utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods, JSI conducts market research and community needs assessments to provide its clients with an in-depth understanding of their target populations, the health status in their communities, market needs, competition, collaborators, and other resources for strategic and community benefit planning purposes.
JSI uses a thoughtful and flexible approach to help our clients realize their vision and plan for the future. JSI ensures that strategic solutions are innovative while remaining consistent with internal resources and external market conditions.
JSI applies proven quality improvement and performance management approaches and tools so that our clients can achieve their performance goals and deliver high-quality, cost-effective, patient-centered care. Approaches include Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles and using Lean and Six Sigma methods for process and quality improvement.
Conference & Event Planning
A smoothly and imaginatively executed event can have an enormous impact in advancing an organization’s goals. For more than a decade, JSI has specialized in the planning and implementation of creative and valuable conferences and meetings on behalf of health care organizations. Employing webcasts, videoconferencing and other cutting-edge interactive technologies, JSI works in concert with its clients to produce forums that address critical health issues.
JSI is helping the Mashpee Wampanoag tribe determine if tribal management of Indian Health Services is feasible and beneficial.
