Project Director, TB Data, Impact Assessment and Communications Hub, International
Stephanie Mullen provides leadership and technical oversight for the TB Data, Impact Assessment and Communications Hub project to ensure optimal demand and analysis of TB data to inform national governments, ministries of health, national TB programs, USAID, and other stakeholders’ interventions and policies. Stephanie has 16 years of experience at JSI and was team lead and senior advisor on the MEASURE Evaluation project. Her areas of expertise are building monitoring and evaluation capacity of local organizations and individuals in the areas of reproductive health, HIV, maternal health, infectious disease programs, and adolescent reproductive health in Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Stephanie has a BA in sociology from Wheaton College and an MPH and DrPH from Tulane University, School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
