JSI held a three-part series on person-centered care through its new The Behavior Effect livecast. The series focused on three areas where change is needed to operationalize person-centered care: 1) policies and the way we finance care, 2) the way we develop our workforce and hold systems accountable, and 3) how we design and deliver services.
