We are pleased to announce that USAID has awarded JSI the Comprehensive Technical Assistance for Health Supply Chain and Pharmaceutical Management (Comprehensive TA) IDIQ award, a mechanism within the Next Generation Global Health Supply Chain Suite of Programs (NextGen).

In achieving this milestone opportunity, we are proud to support USAID’s 10-year goal of ensuring sustainable access to and appropriate use of safe, quality-assured, affordable health commodities through locally-led supply chain and pharmaceutical management systems.

JSI’s portfolio of over 40 supply chain projects is characterized by local leadership engagement and our deep understanding of clients, context, and drivers of access to health products. With our partners and stakeholders, we seek to collaboratively create equitable approaches and produce more adaptable, innovative solutions for the next generation of supply chain and pharmaceutical management systems.

“Today’s supply chain challenges, escalated by climate change and exacerbated by COVID-19, demand us to be agile and responsive to local requirements and global market conditions. In the face of these forces, we are building upon our 40 years of expertise to deliver time-sensitive health products when and where they are needed.” – Edward Wilson

JSI and our consortium of well-established supply chain and pharmaceutical global and country leaders are ready to work with governments, citizens, and the private sector alike to support scale-up and country ownership of sustainable supply chains and pharmaceutical management systems.

We thank JSI’s thousands of public health specialists, most of whom are from and live in the countries where the work happens. In concert with all of us and our trusted government, civic, private, and nonprofit country and community partners, we look forward to achieving better health outcomes for all.
