SUMMARY

With funding from a discretionary grant from the Bureau of Justice Assistance, JSI is providing assessment, training and technical assistance (TTA) services for all ten of the adult specialty treatment drug courts in the NH Drug Court Program (NH DCP). To establish TTA needs, the DCATT team reviewed statewide process evaluation and assessment reports, conducted initial site visits to each local drug court, and facilitated key informant interviews and group discussions with members of each drug court team. The assessment results have been used to develop targeted TTA strategies and inform the integration of legacy data into the current AIMS data system, as well as the Equity & Inclusion Study and Evaluating the impact of the Friends of NH Drug Court loan and grant program.

The DCATT Event Team planned for and facilitated a successful 2-day training conference in September 2021 which included representation from NH DCP, Judicial Branch, the National Association of Drug Court Professionals, National Drug Court Institute, and National Center for Court Innovation, among others.
