Our Last Ten Kilometers (L10K) project, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, came to a close after more than a decade of working to improve the health status of more than 17 million Ethiopians.

In this new video, learn how we partnered with the Ministry of Health, civil society organizations, and communities to strengthen the primary health care system and improve the quality of reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health (RMNCAH) services. Together, we trained more than 10,000 health extension workers and more than 100,000 Women Development Army members and other health volunteers to better link communities to health services.JSI looks forward to continuing the L10K legacy in Ethiopia through a newly launched Improve Primary Health Care Service Delivery project, also funded by the Gates Foundation.
