Senior Technical Advisor, HIV & Infectious Diseases
Pamela Donggo is a medical doctor with almost 20 years of practical expertise in public and private health service delivery, program design and implementation, quality improvement, capacity strengthening, and management of multi-component government health system strengthening projects. She is a technical and programmatic leader in HIV, TB, reproductive health, and diabetes mellitus. As a member of the Ugandan National Technical Working Group on drug-resistant TB, Pamela, in collaboration with the National TB/Leprosy program, led the scale-up of drug-resistant TB management. She continues to serve as a member of several key national technical working groups for HIV/TB services in Uganda.
