Pamela Donggo, MD, is the deputy chief of party for the USAID RHITES-North, Lango Project, which is increasing use of sustainable health services in the nine districts of Lango sub-region of northern Uganda. With 17 years experience in the medical field, Pamela, who is also the director of health services delivery for the project, leads the effort to deliver a continuum of integrated, client-centered HIV, TB, reproductive health, and malaria services.
