Block-Level Routine Immunization Microplanning Tool

Download this publicationThis document provides instructions for the microplanning tool developed by the Maternal and Child Health Integrated Program (MCHIP). The block-level microplanning tool is a user-friendly Microsoft Excel-based tool designed to assist Block Managers develop a microplan for routine immunization (RI) activities. It incorporates all possible items that are necessary for comprehensive planning as well as National Rural Health Mission provisions and recent initiatives like Hepatitis B and Japanese Encephalitis vaccinations in selected states and districts. The too facilitates local immunization planning by automatically estimating target beneficiaries (pregnant women and infants) on a monthly and annual basis. JSI/MCHIP, 2014
