Russia Women and Infant's Health Project Final Report
The Russia WIN Project, funded by USAID, was a comprehensive reproductive health project designed to improve maternal and newborn health care in two pilot regions of the country. The final report presents the accomplishments of the four-year project, including improved service quality, increased number of women exclusively breastfeeding, increased family planning use and a decline in abortion rates in project areas.
The WIN Project activities have been expanded and are now being implemented in 14 oblasts across Russia. JSI/WIN Project, 2003.
