The Building Capacity to Improve Pharmaceutical and Medical Commodity Management In Humanitarian and Disaster Settings program held a webinar to introduce the addendum to the JSI Supply Chain Managers Handbook, Supply Chain Management for Healthcare in Humanitarian Response Settings. If you missed it, please check out the recording and slides from the webinar.

Over 165 health professionals attended the webinar from over 40 countries. The webinar ended in a fruitful dialogue of questions and answers. The responses were crowdsourced from JSI, USAID’s Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA), the technical advisory group members on this project, and the IAWG Supply Chain Subworking Group.

We plan to host a follow-up webinar later this year to facilitate continued engagement around these important questions and foster a platform for dialogue between partners working in supply chain management in humanitarian response settings.
