REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) Procurement of Medical Equipment for the USAID-funded project, the Quality Healthcare Activity (QHA)

JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (herein referred to as “JSI”) is soliciting quotations for the supply
and delivery of medical equipment and supplies for its Quality Healthcare Activity (QHA) project in
Ethiopia. Quality Healthcare Activity is a USAID-funded project. Its aims are to improve the reproductive,
maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health (RMNCAH) status of women, adolescent girls, and
children by building the capacity of urban and peri-urban primary health care units (PHCU) and referral
health facilities in planning and delivering client-centered, quality RMNCAH services.
This procurement is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and is
subject to all applicable Federal Rules, regulations, and Provisions.

Please submit your most competitive quotation in accordance with the instructions and product
specifications. Any award issued as a result of this RFQ will be subject to all instructions, product
specifications, certifications, and terms and conditions included in this RFQ. This RFQ document includes
