Improving Supply Chain Performance through Data Review Teams

In northern Nigeria, the International Rescue Committee applied the data review teams approach to strengthen decision-making for health commodity management. This brief highlights the practice and lessons learned for improving supply chain performance with data review teams, and specifically IMPACT teams, in humanitarian crisis settings.
