Improving Health Outcomes by Expanding Access to Family Planning Services in Egypt

Egypt has seen rapid population growth in the past two decades, which can adversely affect maternal and child health and further impact climate change and Egyptians’ overall health and well-being. Through the Government of Egypt’s efforts supported by the USAID Strengthening Egypt’s Family Planning Program (SEFFP), three key approaches are applied to strengthen access to and quality of family planning and reproductive health services on a national scale. This overview goes over SEFPP's approaches and key achievements.
