The Critical Shifts Benchmarking Tool was developed as part of the JSI-led Reimagining Technical Assistance initiative.
The tool details what the Critical Shifts for Reimaging Technical Assistance might look like in practice and can be used to facilitate collaborative assessment on where we are and reflection on how we can improve. The tool is intended for use by implementers, funders, country governments, and other stakeholders in progressing towards a more country-driven, coordinated, and equitable development assistance system.
