SUMMARY

Using data from the Health Center Workforce Well-being Survey from more than 52,000 completed surveys across nearly 700 participating health centers, JSI and its implementing partners created a timely, innovative, evidence-based, and data-driven technical assistance program that addresses the drivers and outcomes of workforce well-being and support BPHC’s goals of improving provider and staff well-being and reducing burnout, promoting workforce resiliency after a public health emergency, strengthening the healthcare workforce, promoting health center workforce recruitment and retention, supporting health centers as leaders in workforce well-being and delivery of high-quality care, and disseminating evidence-based practices for workforce well-being quality improvement.

JSI offers a robust menu of data-driven technical assistance to HRSA-supported health centers and look-alikes. Technical assistance is available in the forms of communities of practice, learning collaboratives, one-on-one coaching, webinars, case studies, office hours, action plan development, office hours, and focused capacity-building, enabling health centers to engage in technical assistance activities that meet their unique needs, readiness, and capacity. TA Liaisons are available to support health centers in the curation of TA opportunities that meet their workforce well-being goals.
