Mamadou Camara Koulifan II
(1969–2015)
Dr. Mamadou Camara Koulifan II was the USAID | DELIVER PROJECT resident technical advisor in Guinea. Mamadou came to JSI in 2012 and instantly became a vital part of the team. His untimely death is a tremendous loss for all, but especially his wife and three children.
