Pamela Byrnes specializes in health center board trainings and support, community needs assessments and demand-capacity analyses, strategic planning and facilitation, program development and evaluation, health center project design, organization and association development and management, policy development, and advocacy. Formerly director of the Health Center Growth and Development Program at the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), Pamela has consulted at national, state, and community levels on developing seamless networks of care. She is an HRSA operational site visit and technical assistance consultant, and a NACHC technical assistance consultant. Pamela was a clinical assistant professor of epidemiology at the University of Connecticut Health Center. She has an MA in applied statistics and a PhD in sociology and health care systems.
