Manu Singh-Looney has more than 16 years of experience directing program evaluation, research, and technical assistance projects. Her areas of focus include screening, brief intervention, and referral to treatment for the integration of substance use treatment into primary care, opioid use disorder treatment and prevention, peer recovery support services for adults and youth, rural health, workforce development, and health communication. Manu has expertise in designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative data collection efforts in health care settings and conducting data analyses to inform decision making and enhance program impact and sustainability. She has a PhD in clinical psychology/behavioral medicine from the University of Maryland.
