Dr. Babar Shaikh Awarded U.K. Royal Society for Public Health Fellowship

Congratulations to Dr. Babar Shaikh, technical director for the USAID Integrated Health Systems Strengthening and Service Delivery Activity in Pakistan, who was awarded a prestigious fellowship from the U.K. Royal Society for Public Health in recognition for his 25-year career dedicated to improving health systems. Dr. Shaikh’s academic, research, and health systems development work was peer-reviewed and endorsed by independent, international public health professionals.

It is an especially proud moment because my dossier also carries five years of work done for JSI in Pakistan. I earnestly want to dedicate this award to the entire JSI family who made my journey with the organization such a wonderful learning experience,” said Dr. Shaikh.
