Congratulations to our own Dr. Babar Shaikh, technical director for the USAID Integrated Health Systems Strengthening and Service Delivery Activity in Pakistan, who was awarded a prestigious fellowship from the U.K. Royal Society for Public Health in recognition for his 25-year career dedicated to improving health systems. Dr. Shaikh’s academic, research, and health systems development work was peer-reviewed and endorsed by independent, international public health professionals.

It is an especially proud moment because my dossier also carries five years of work done for JSI in Pakistan. I earnestly want to dedicate this award to the entire JSI family who made my journey with the organization such a wonderful learning experience,” said Dr. Shaikh.
