SBCC intervention is a key factor to bring a positive change into the community, USAID Okard conducted the first three pilot SBCC interventions in three villages in Kham District, Xieng Khouang province. Advocating on the disability inclusion development at the community level. Noy was one of the participants in a group discussion where she learned about disability inclusion, mini demonstration of positive and negative attitudes to people with disabilities. Let’s hear her story after she joined the SBCC group discussion and how to become a caliber to make a positive to her community where the development of disabilities inclusion starts to change. USAID Okard, funded by USAID and implemented by World Education, Inc., improves access to quality healthcare and economic opportunities for persons with disabilities, while also engaging them in policy design and implementation.
