Meet Mana Carmen, a doctor who is also an advanced trainer for Timor-Leste’s Ministry of Health, meaning she can certify Timor-Leste’s health workers, including doctors, nurses, and midwives, in safe and clean delivery and family planning. In this video, we visit Mana Carmen in her health facility and learn about her work mentoring other health workers and providing care to clients. JSI facilitated Mana Carmen’s certification as a master trainer through the Reinforce Basic Health Services Project in Timor-Leste.
