Santa Odong, a community linkage facilitator in the Lango sub-region of northern Uganda, provides health education on TB. JSI’s USAID – US Agency for International Development-funded RHITES-North, Lango Activity trains community linkage facilitators like Santa to provide education and counseling of TB patients, delivering medicines in the communities, following up lost clients, and updating TB registers at the health facility in real-time. The project is supporting the Ministry of Health- Uganda to #EndTB in Uganda where approximately 30 people die every day from the illness.
