Community health centers (CHCs) provide access to comprehensive primary care services, including mental and oral, to many underserved communities.

In response to the continually changing health care policy environment, health centers must find sustainable and effective ways to deliver care. JSI guides community health centers through health reforms, including payment, and positions them for success. We help CHCs adopt whole-person care practices including team-based care, behavioral health integration, community resource partnerships, and incorporating technology to support care, documentation, and communication.

At the Community Health Institute and ExpoAugust 26–28 in Orlando, FL, JSI health center experts will be at Booth #302 to discuss our current portfolio of work and how we can help you meet your needs.

Health Information Technology, Evaluation and Quality Center (Booth 710):

The Health Information Technology, Evaluation and Quality (HITEQ) center collaborates with Health Resources and Services Administration partners to optimize health centers’ use of electronic health record/IT systems data to improve health outcomes. Its services include a searchable health IT website, workshops, webinars, and technical assistance.
