My Village My Home: A Tool to Optimize Immunization Coverage

My Village My Home (MVMH) is a community-level, offline tool that provides a visual depiction of immunization status of all infants born in a village, wherein the community as a whole can view and follow up immunization status of every infant in their village. The tool has led to increased community ownership and improved demand generation. and has improved the quality of coverage—especially timeliness of vaccines. It can also be an accessory to maternal and child health tracking systems.

This document is designed to help health workers use this tool for effective tracking of immunization in communities.
