Getting to Zero SCC-SV is a collaboration between Santa Clara County and other partners, including HIV service providers, healthcare organizations, advocacy groups, and other community-based organizations. The initiative has four focus areas: PrEP and PEP access; stigma reduction; guideline-based STD screening and HIV testing; and linkage to care and retention in care for HIV.
