Evaluation of the Healthy Incentives Program: An Analysis of the State of Massachusetts’s Food Insecurity Nutrition Incentive Grant Program

From September 2016 through June 2018, JSI developed and implemented a comprehensive evaluation of Massachusetts's Healthy Incentives Program (HIP).

The evaluation assessed the first three years of HIP's development and implementation (April 2015 through June 2018). This report presents evaluation methods and findings and was written by JSI Research & Training Instititute, Inc in 2019.
