Counselling Cards to Improve Infant and Young Child Feeding in the Kyrgyz Republic

These cards are used by trained health providers when counseling mothers and caregivers on optimal IYCF practices. Positive counseling skills are important for health providers to engage mothers and caregivers to carry out the improved nutrition practices benefitting infants and young children at the household level. SPRING provided printed sets of the 21 counseling cards to all health providers in the project areas.
