SUMMARY

The Uniform Data System (UDS) is a comprehensive reporting requirement completed annually by over 1400 federally funded health centers. The report is an annual profile of health center performance; it describes the patients served, services provided, quality of care delivered, and financial position of the health center.

We provide technical assistance and training activities to support health centers with their timely, accurate, and meaningful annual reporting of UDS data. Visit the bphcdata.net website for more information.
