Since 2015, we have provided comprehensive technical support to the New Hampshire Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting program and its contracted local implementing agencies administering the Healthy Families America home visiting program. JSI provides ongoing training and professional development coordination for the program’s contracted agency staff through the development of virtual and in-person learning opportunities, creation of on-demand trainings, and facilitating connections to trainings and conferences offered by local and national partners. Training content is curated based on the needs identified by staff and through ongoing dialogue with program supervisors, to align with federal performance measures, and to support programs in achieving reaccreditation. JSI also provides intensive, tailored continuous quality improvement coaching to the NH MIECHV program and local implementing agencies to support the provision of quality services, and the achievement of programmatic benchmarks.
