SUMMARY

JSI provided strategic planning services to Lahey Health Behavioral Services (LHBS) culminating in facilitation of a strategic planning retreat for its senior leadership team. In preparation for the retreat, JSI conducted key informant interviews with senior leadership and the next level of leadership to provide feedback on a range of current issues facing LHBS including workforce, programs, and integration with its parent, Lahey Health.
