Richard Mwambazi
(x-2021)
Richard Mwambazi joined JSI 30 years ago, and at the time of his passing in June 2021, was the longest-serving JSI employee in Zambia. He worked on the ZHIP project, the first JSI project in Zambia, and because of his dedication and performance, went on to work on three other JSI projects: SHARe 1, SHARe II, and finally the USAID DISCOVER-Health Project. Richard worked in the fleet department, rising through the ranks and serving in Lusaka and on the Copperbelt as a Senior Transport Logistics Assistant. His colleagues will dearly remember him for his loyalty, dedication, and enthusiasm for his work.
