Chad Capule

(1970–2020)

From 2002 to 2006, Chad was the information technology manager of DC office. He was also lead editor of the Word, JSI DC’s erstwhile edgy in-house newsletter. Chad loved movies and had a dry and cynical sense of humor. He is survived by his wife Anne.
