Project Director; Evaluator, U.S.
Yvonne Hamby joined JSI in 1999 and is the senior evaluator for several projects that include formative, process, and outcomes evaluation as well extensive stakeholder engagement and capacity building in all aspects of evaluation design and implementation. Most recently she led the evaluation of the Wyoming Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program Evaluation. Yvonne has an MPH in maternal and child health from the University of South Florida, where she participated in the Centers of Excellence in MCH Education, Science and Practice training.
