Walter Proper represents and promotes the International Association of Public Health Logisticians and its more than 8,000 members at relevant international and national forums and with countries and various partners. In his more than 30 years with JSI, he has held senior positions in the U.S. and in the field, including work in more than 35 countries and leading overseas offices in Jordan, Romania, and Zambia. Walter has presented on supply chain at international forums, including conducting courses for international organizations such as GFATM and the World Bank as well as for graduate school programs at George Washington, Columbia, Boston, and Tulane Universities. Walter has a MA in international administration from the School for International Training.
