Pat Taylor

Pat Taylor is the interim technical director for USAID’s MOMENTUM Integrated Health Resilience Project. She spent 12 of her more than 30 years at JSI as the director of country programs for USAID’s Maternal and Child Survival Program and its predecessor, the Maternal Child Health Integrated Program. Prior to these positions, Pat directed USAID’s IMMUNIZATIONbasics Project, was deputy project director and director of country programs for the Basic Support for Institutionalizing Child Survival and the Resources for Child Health projects, and associate director for Latin America and the Caribbean for MotherCare. Pat has an MPH from the University of California at Los Angeles’ School of Public Health.
