Associate Director; Senior Consultant, U.S.

Katherine (Katie) Saul has worked at JSI, and previously its sister organization World Education, for nearly 20 years in technical and management roles. Her domestic and international work focuses on building the capacity of community-based organizations that provide reproductive health services. Katie's expertise includes project management, meeting and training facilitation, curricula development, and strategic planning. As director of the National Training Center for Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement, and Evaluation (2012–2016), and Director of Training and Technical Assistance for the Family Planning National Training Center (2016–2018), Katie oversaw design and delivery of training for more than 90 federally funded family planning grantees and their networks of more than 4,000 service sites across the U.S. As associate director of U.S. Health Services for JSI’s Boston office, Katie supports the director and approximately 100 staff on issues related to project management, business development, and communications. Katie has an MPH from the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
