Grace Chee

Grace Chee has almost 30 years of experience in global health, particularly in Asia and Africa. Her expertise includes health system strengthening, health financing, immunization policy and immunization financing, program evaluation, public/private partnerships, cost effectiveness analysis, and NGO financial sustainability. Prior to JSI, Grace worked at Results for Development, where she led the team that facilitated the Learning Network for Countries in Transition. She also led the health systems strengthening and equity team for USAID’s flagship Maternal and Child Survival Program and served on its executive management team. Grace has a BS in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and is fluent in spoken Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese.
