Carmit Keddem supports the management of a portfolio of more than 30 country-based and global supply chain for health projects and leads JSI’s contributions to projects supporting the introduction of new contraceptives, including DMPA-SC. She is the senior advisor for inSupply Health Ltd., a supply chain advisory firm based in East Africa and an affiliate of JSI. Carmit has spent 15 years at JSI working with governments in Africa, Asia, and Latin America to ensure health products are available to people when and where they need them. For example, from 2012 to 2015 she helped the Ministry of Health of Myanmar design, pilot, and implement a logistics system for reproductive health products. Carmit has a BA in U.S. foreign policy from Boston University and an MA from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
