Arman Lorz has been working on federal and local HIV and substance use initiatives for over 15 years. His work focuses on increasing the prevention and treatment capacity of community-based organizations and state health departments; addressing the socio-ecological determinants of behavioral and mental health within historically underserved populations; and increasing equity and inclusivity for immigrants, people living with HIV, and communities of color. Arman is trainer and curriculum developer with expertise in trauma-informed approaches, formative evaluation, training, technical assistance, and prevention and intervention design. He has a BS in health care administration and management from Colorado State University.
