Toni McGuire started her career as a registered nurse. She has leadership experience in Rhode Island, Connecticut, Missouri, and Massachusetts Section 330 federally funded community health centers. The last 20 years of Toni's career were marked by her role of president and chief executive officer of two health centers in Massachusetts. She has served on boards of directors for foundations, health plans, and health center trade associations including the Massachusetts League of CHCs and NACHC. She helped Memorial Hospital/RI/Brown University and Boston Medical Center/Boston University create the first family medicine residency training program with community health centers in Boston.
