Invest Health is a new initiative that brings together diverse leaders from mid-sized U.S. cities across the nation to develop new strategies for increasing and leveraging private and public investments to accelerate improvements in neighborhoods facing the biggest barriers to better health.

Invest Health is a collaboration between the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and Reinvestment Fund. JSI has been funded to facilitate the efforts in Framingham, Massachusetts. As a key partner, JSI's Healthy Communities team will be working with the Framingham Town Manager, Police Department, Health Department, Community Development Department, Mutual One Bank, and the South Middlesex Opportunity Council to emphasize making changes to improve resident health and well-being. These changes will focus on increasing access to nutritious food, physical activity, and reducing crime rates.
