As part of its ongoing projects, JSI is often called on to purchase equipment or material. To execute these acquisitions, JSI occasionally puts out requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for applications (RFAs) and requests for quotations (RFQs) for specific projects. Specific information including contact info is included for each RFP/RFA/RFQ listed below.

RFP No. USAID-AN-06-2019 - Development of a Web-based Monitoring and Evaluation Platform for USAID Advancing Nutrition

USAID Advancing Nutrition (herein referred to as "the Project") under JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI) is soliciting proposals for development of a web based monitoring and evaluation platform for the Project. The Project is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and is subject to all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and AID Acquisition Regulations (AIDAR). JSI expects to issue a Firm Fixed price type contract for this work.

A copy of the RFP can be obtained free of charge as of June 18, 2019 (until proposal submission deadline) by e-mailing jelena_pavlovic_charap@jsi.com.

The deadline for submitting clarifying questions regarding RFP No. USAID-AN-06-2019 is 5:00 p.m. EST on June 30, 2019, and the deadline for submitting proposals under the RFP is 5:00 p.m. EST on July 22, 2019.

Please specify “RFP No. USAID-AN-06-2019” in the subject line of your email, and attach, on your firm’s letterhead, the complete name, title, phone number, and email address of the individual to whom future communication regarding this RFP should be sent.

Partnerships Plus Call for Concept Papers No. PP-EI-002, “Advancing Protection and Care for Children in Adversity”

The Partnerships Plus project invites qualified local and/or U.S.-based organizations, private voluntary organizations, non-governmental organizations, faith-based organizations, or universities to submit a Concept Paper as a first step in a competitive process for Advancing Protection and Care for Children in Adversity (Protect and Care) to support the achievement of the Objectives established in the U.S. Government Strategy on Children in Adversity, Advancing Protection and Care for Children in Adversity (APCCA), whose implementation is coordinated by the United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Center on Children in Adversity (CECA) and Displaced Children and Orphans Fund (DCOF), described in section A.3 of this call.

A total of $2,000,000 USD is available. Partnerships Plus intends to award up to three subgrants, with no one award exceeding $1,000,000. The actual number and size of subgrants under this call will be determined based on the content and responsiveness of the Concept Papers received, need/requirements of USAID and JSI, and availability of funds for the proposed activities. The period of performance for each subgrant shall not exceed 33 months.
