JSI has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for this website, the JSI Job Application Manager.

Every computer that is connected to the internet has a unique address. We use this address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site.


We use cookies to create a unique identifier for you, so that you do not have to reenter your user name and password as you move from page to page within the site. We also use cookies to help us determine the number of unique individuals who have accessed our site. The JSI Job Application Manager does not make any other use of cookies.

Registration Forms

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information, and optionally collects financial and demographic information. Use of this information is strictly for JSI and affiliated companies. JSI will not share this information with others without the applicant's consent. Once the information reaches JSI, access to the applicant's information is restricted to JSI and affiliate staff. JSI treats personal identifications, if provided, at the highest level of confidentiality and makes these only available to a few selected staff.

Contact information from the registration forms is used to get in touch with the applicant when necessary.

Applicants may opt-out of remaining in the JSI Job Application Manager and from receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.

Financial information is provided optionally by the applicant and will be only used to determine salary rates in cases where an applicant is contacted about potential positions.

Unique identifiers (such as social security numbers) are collected from Web site visitors only to be used when an applicant is hired.

Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. It will only be used within JSI and its affiliates in searching for appropriate applicants.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. To prevent unauthorized access to applicant data, JSI uses a secure connection any time an applicant connects to the JSI Job Application Manager. Each applicant has a unique user name and password, which limits access to the applicant's information to the applicant and JSI staff.

This site supplements the information that you provide with information that is received from third parties.

Children's Guidelines

We care about children and understand that they have special privacy needs. Therefore, we have adopted the following privacy policy regarding children:

  1. This site does NOT distribute to third parties personally identifiable information.
  2. We do NOT have unmonitored chat rooms, message boards, email accounts, or other services that would give children the ability to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally identifiable information.
  3. We do NOT provide any links to Web sites that are unsuitable for children.

This site gives users the following options for changing and modifying information previously provided:

To change information after data have been entered for the first time, simply log into the JSI Job Application Manager using your user name and password. Access to the information is available through any Internet connection and at any time, barring periodic maintenance and any technical difficulties beyond JSI's control.
