Health Information Systems
Reliable and robust health information systems (HISs) are the backbone of strong health systems. For four decades, JSI has helped governments and public health organizations strengthen, modernize, and restructure their HISs to support evidence-based decision-making at all levels. Our collaborative, user-centered approach helps partners identify cost-effective digital solutions that are sustainable and contextually appropriate. Around the world, our work has improved HIS governance and design, interoperability, security, capacity, and data use.

EDUP strengthens the collection and use of high-quality routine information to improve the quality, efficiency, and availability of Ethiopia's primary health and nutrition services.
Community Health Workers in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples Region of Ethiopia implement an efficient community health information system at their health post after receiving training through MEASURE Evaluation HMIS Scale-Up project.
