Health Care & Public Health Planning

The ability to provide better care at a lower cost requires integrated care networks that are built upon patient-centered medical/health home (PCMH/PCHH) models. Working collaboratively with the federal government, local and state agencies and community groups, JSI takes a multidisciplinary, tailored, and culturally responsive approach to building effective care delivery systems. We offer a wide range of services including, but not limited to, community needs assessment, market analysis, quality measurement and improvement, and policy analysis to help our clients evolve and transform our health care delivery system in these historic times.

Needs Assessment/Market Analysis
Utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods, JSI conducts market research and community needs assessments to provide its clients with an in-depth understanding of their target populations, the health status in their communities, market needs, competition, collaborators, and other resources for strategic and community benefit planning purposes.

Strategic Planning
JSI uses a thoughtful and flexible approach to help our clients realize their vision and plan for the future. JSI ensures that strategic solutions are innovative while remaining consistent with internal resources and external market conditions.

Quality Improvement/Performance Management
JSI applies proven quality improvement and performance management approaches and tools so that our clients can achieve their performance goals and deliver high-quality, cost-effective, patient-centered care. Approaches include Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles and using Lean and Six Sigma methods for process and quality improvement.

Conference & Event Planning
A smoothly and imaginatively executed event can have an enormous impact in advancing an organization’s goals. For more than a decade, JSI has specialized in the planning and implementation of creative and valuable conferences and meetings on behalf of health care organizations. Employing webcasts, videoconferencing and other cutting-edge interactive technologies, JSI works in concert with its clients to produce forums that address critical health issues.
