Seacoast Youth Services (SYS), a not-for-profit program providing substance abuse-related services for youth and families in Seabrook and Hampton, New Hampshire, was awarded an Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Grant in order to expand on its existing diversion programs.

JSI was contracted by SYS to provide evaluation services for this 3-year grant. The evaluation will focus on measuring progress toward increased capacity for detention alternatives, expand youth participation on the SYS Advisory Group, increase resistance skills/protective factors in at-risk youth and minimize the risk of juvenile delinquency and drug use among youth.
