JSI is examining the impact of selected National Quality Center's program activities (TA, regional groups, collaboratives, learning exchanges and other initiatives etc.) on capacity building for recipient quality management, performance measurement, and quality improvement.

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) funds the National Quality Center (NQC) to provide training and technical assistance (TA) around quality improvement and quality management to Ryan White program recipients that ultimately will improve quality of care for people living with HIV (PLWH) in the United States.

Results of the quantitative and qualitative evaluation data analyses will be shared throughout the year with NQC staff and HAB to provide guidance, suggestions, and targeted assistance for improvements in data collection, management and interpretation, as well as provide information to strengthen current and planned project activities. Evaluation findings will also be written up and submitted for publication to peer-reviewed journals.

This project is funded by the New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute, as a subcontract on their contract with the HRSA HAB.
