Part of the Community Care Alliance (CCA), a partnership among seven community health centers affiliated with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) four of the community health centers - The Dimock Center, Fenway Community Health, South Cove Community Health Center, and Outer Cape Health Services - are Federally Qualified Health Centers, receiving grants under Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act.

To maintain funding, community health centers are required to demonstrate eligibility for 330 grants on an annual basis. JSI will support the four Health Centers by conducting community needs assessments through our consulting, strategic planning, coordination, and implementation services.
