JSI provided technical assistance to community coalitions for the U.S. EPA's Health Environment and Living Places (HELP) for Kids pilot project. The goal of the project was to protect the health of children by targeting improvements to the indoor environment where children spend up to 80% of their time. JSI fostered community coalitions to assess and address indoor environmental hazards that place children at risk in their homes, schools, and daycare settings.
